JoAnne and her husband live in Arlington Heights; she is the former Director of Senior and Disability Services for Wheeling Township. She developed the Township's Friendly Visitor Program garnering the Governor's 1st Place Hometown Award and winning her Director of the Year from Township Officials of Illinois. She is past President of the NW Auxiliary of The Cradle, and member of St. Alphonsus Ministry of Care.
