Dan is a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer and has held a Real Estate Brokers License since 1986. As a residential and exempt property specialist at the Cook County Board of Review he has been the featured speaker at dozens of seminars where thousands of property owners were trained how to appeal their assessments. Dan is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Valparaiso University.
