Ruth is a 26 year resident of Wheeling Township and presently resides in Arlington Heights. She has served as a precinct captain, election judge and deputy registrar. She is married with three children and two grandchildren. She has volunteered on numerous campaigns for state representative and state senate, U.S. Congress and U.S. Senate.
